I'm trying to send external PDF mail as PDF form not as SAPscript or Smart Forms

Customizing:

Output type :

In default values:

Dispatch time = 3

Transmission Medium =5

Partner Function= SP

Communication strategy= CS01

Processing routing:

Application = V1 Sales

Transm. Medium = 5

Program = SD_SLS_PRINT01

Form Routine= ENTRY

PDF/Smartform Form= SLS_FORM01

Form Type= 2

Partner function:

Medium = 5

Funct =SP

Using the program SD70AV1A in sending I have a problems

How can I send a pdf form in mail and fax

If I'm customizing for a SAPscript or Smart Forms

Programs: RVADOR01

Form Routine: ENTRY

Form : RVORDER01

It's work well

How can I send a pdf form in mail and fax

hi

program SD_SLS_PRINT01 is for PRINT only, for sending pdf file to emial program requires a function module to convert smart form to pdf, but this program doesn't have that.

Take help of your ABAPer and create new Z program for email functionality.

this program SD_SLS_PRINT01 have a function FP_JOB_OPEN

There is no program in sap standard Special for pdf form like RVADOR01

That having all the function?

Hi,

The program "SD_SLS_PRINT01" is for printing not for sending the E-mail.

In standard SAP for sending the mail(5 External send),the program is "RVADOR01" and form is "RVADOR01".

Other than this there is no other program for this requirement.

You have to use either this program(RVADOR01) or ask your ABAPer to develop a new program.

We have a similar requirement in our project and we have developed our own program called as "ZOAR_GL_QUOTATION_SI" and we have used SMARTFORM "ZOAR_GL_QUOTATION_SF".

Like this you can use the same but if you don't want to use SMARTFORMS,then you can go for program and form also.

Ask your ABAPer to develop a new program.
