i am getting error in SAPMMC console.

Snap-in failed to initialize

Please check out SAP Note 354595

check the existence of sapmmc.dll , librfc32.dll, as well as their valid location (i.e winnt\system32 directory)

check also SAP Note 373963 / 142100 / 82751
