Value cont item catg

Hi,

In material related value contract if I will use documet type WK1 then which type of Itm catagory & which type of Item catagory group I have to use & what r the assignment setting required for that please give me the solution.

Hi,

For Value contract you have to use VALUE CONTRACT ITEM CATEGORY which is VCIT and the DEFAULT item category is

WKN.

You can do the assignment in VOV4 for your sales document type.

Please check that and let me know if you need any more details

But I am creating value contract with reference to assorment module number.So please give me the solution which contract document type,item catgory & Item catagory group I will use please give me the solution.

For Document Type WK1:

item Category Group: VCIT

Item Category: WKN

Maintain necessary assignments in IMG - Sales and Distribution - Sales - Sales Documents - Sales Document Item - Assign Item Categories.

Sales Doc.-Item Cat Gr.-Usage--

Default Item Cat:

WK1--

---

VCTR--

---

WKN

WK1--

VCIT--

---

WKN
