You can standard status profile for the same

QM_L_003. This will make UD code mandatory to do the stock posting

you can attach the status profile to the inspection type in SPRO > QM > Quality inspection > Inspection lot creation > maintain inspection type

Hi,

If they are no field selections then try with transaction variants SHD0

Enter the tcode shd0 and enter transaction code QA11 and transaction vairant as ZQA11 and click create .. here again enter inspection lot for which UD has to be done .. finally save the variant as local object ..
