Dear SAP Gurus,

We faced a situation:

our sales order style is make to order.

some sales order's rework into another sales order, so set reason for rejection as 'cancellation',

1.Does system took it as order completed, month-end settlement will calculate CO-PA for these sales order?

2. What status of sales order is stand for? for instance, set status as TECO, what is the consequence of it?

Thanks in advanced,

Zhou

Hi,

If you maintain the reason for rejection, then the status of the order will be changed to "Complete".

Goto the T.Code "VA03".

Enter your order number.

Click on "Document flow" or Press "Shift+F5".

You can check the status here.

Regards,

Krishna.

Hi,

Once a sales order has been rejected it wont affect your COPA entries, if it doesnt proceed to further steps.

The TECO status specifies that the line item is no longer considered relevant for MRP.

Thanks very much for your help.

Our request for these sales orders are:

1. prevent MRP requirements

2. CO-PA take these sales order as WIP status.

Solution would be:

1. it seems to set status as TECO, is ok?

2. no need to maintain the reason for rejection, is it?

if these sales order need to be looked like invoiced sales order, what kind status need to be assign?

BTW, these sales order will not delivery, issue invoice, cause these sales order's products move to another sales order already, so invoice will be issued to another one.

Thanks in advanced,

Hi there,

The status TECO will do as far as your requirement is concened.

if these sales order need to be looked like invoiced sales order, what kind status need to be assign?

That means you want to see the status as completed??? then the only thing is rejection of the order.

Thanks,

Raja
