Hi,

I would like to know the difference between SAP R3 Internet sales vs CRM ISA. We are planning for an upgrade and we are debating whether to go for SAP R3 Internet sales or CRM internet sales. If possible could u please give some features of SAP R3 Internet sales and CRM Intenet sales.

R3 internet sales architcture differs from CRM ISA

1. R3 INternsales requires plugin for 4.6c versions

2. R3 requires a trexr3 web application to be deployed for replicating the catalog

3. R3 requires IPC dataloader for replicating the data from R3 to standalone data base in IPC

4. R3 ISA do not support catlog views

5. R3 ISA B2B do not carry credit card feature

CRM ISA , TREX and IPC are integrated in CRM ISA along with catalog views

web catlog,isauseradmin,features are also enabled

I don't want any Catalog, my requirement is we have some standard 10 products for which we want our customers to be albe to place sales order from internet and get some details about the order, like order status and delivery tracking details

what do I need to just get these, create , change and display sales order.
