The error about SMTP (send e-mail when vendor register)

Hi, my experts :

I work in SRM@ERP scenarioa ,and SAP_BASIS-SAPKB70014;SAP_ABA-SAPKA70014;SAP_AP---SAPKNA7011;

After the vendor registered, I find an error in transaction "SOST".The error is "Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final)". I customede the sustem according the note :455140;

1、is/SMTP/virt_host_0 *:25000;

icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$

I am very confused about this error .

Any suggestiongs?

I resolved it .

The defult domain name must be the hostname .
