Customising ItemOverview Iview?

Hi All,

We are using PPM 4.5.

We have added some custom fields on the ItemDetails Sceen in "Additional Information"

We added the fields using SPRO(IMG).

Now we want to raise and handle certain events on these fields.

Guide us with the way to do it.

Hi Sumit,

We can trigger events based on values within custom fields. But these events are triggered after a save and refresh of the screen.

As far as i know, there is no way to include links in the custom fields screen.

We resolved by adding a separate iview in the detailed navigation for the requirement.

Hi Mazin,

We need to place a link next to our notification ( custom) field.

That link should be enabled only when the user enters something in the field.

The link opens a R/3 transactions and displays PM notification details on the basis of the value entered.

Is this doable?
