Deactivate Server or Client Proxies.

Hi All,

Is there any way i can deactivate Server or Client Proxies.

So that the data doesnt flow through them.

We are transporting our interfaces to Production before Go live. We need to take care that no data is sent to ECC or sent from ECC to PI.

To Stop send data from PI to ECC,

Check the scenario's that send data to ECC & stop the sender Channels so the msg's are not processed in the first place.

To Stop sending data from ECC to PI

Check if the Client proxy is used in any programs & any job scheduling around those. You can dectivate those jobs.

If nothing works, You can stop the communication channels in PI (XI sender & Receiver adapters) to stop receiving & sending data from/to ECC.

Also had a doubt. Will I need to regenearte the Proxies in ECC Production after IR Objects have been transported PI Production

You should not have to regen proxies after transporting them.
