CRM ISA5.0 enhancement error-jsp pages can't be posted

I enhance three fields in personnal data of CRM-ISA 5.0 b2c follow the

enhancement document: SAP_ISA50_DevAndExtGuide.doc. When I register a

new user in b2c shop and log on, then I click the link "My Account-

>Personnal Data" to modify my personnal data it modifyed successfully.

But when I add a product to the basket and go to check out,I click the

button "Go To checkout" and system go to check out jsp pages. Then I

click the link "My Account->Personnal Data" again to modify my

personnal data, the problem is coming, when I modify my personnal data

and click the button "Save" the enhanced input text is changed to blank

and the jsp page is stopped in here. I don't know why who can help me?

Do you see the log files of the B2C Shop?

could you reply the error an post this message error ?

The log´s files are located in:

apps/apps/sap.com/crm.b2c

and find the WEB-INF/logs folder

I have checked the log files of B2C shop, But my release of CRM-ISA is 5.0. I knew that CRM-ISA 4.0 is have the log files but in the 5.0 I can't find the log files in that path. Do you know the way to let the log files display in CRM-ISA 5.0. Can you help me?

Hi.. This an example of the path of the logs, try to find it.

I:\usr\sap\DEP\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\crm.b2c\servlet_jsp\b2c\root\WEB-INF\logs

Thank you for your answer,I know when my release CRM ISA is 4.0 then I can found the logs in that path. But now my CRM ISA is upgraded from 4.0 to 5.0 , I can not find the log files in that path any more. Do you know why?
