Hello Guru's

Customer want to use tax code in SRM for catalog buying. We are on SRM 5.0 SAP R3 ECC 6.0 and the intention is to have have a tax code registration on the shopping cart which drops on the Purchase Order. Invocie shows tax code from PO. (They use invoice scanning).

Can anybody help me with some usefull t ips on configuration ?

Thanks as ever!

Hi

I didnt tried this, but check the below, which will help you to configure your scenario, probably.

1. Catalog owner (punchout catalog) has to maintain the tax codes in their catalog.

2. Map this tax code to any CUSTFIELD (we have 5 custfields) of OCI parameter.

3. Use the BADI BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER to have the tax code in the shopping cart.

Before this, have the standard tax settings maintained in SRM as shown below:

SRM-SRM Server - Cross Application basic settings - Tax Calculation - Determine system for tax calculation

SRM-SRM Server - Cross Application basic settings - Tax Calculation - enter tax code

SRM-SRM Server - Cross Application basic settings - Tax Calculation - assign enterprise buyer tax code to FI system.

R/Reddy.
