Do you have SAI_TOOLS, SAPINT added in your use-access tab??
Look at Tips for Genrating ABAP Proxies

Hi!
I have the same problem with adding a program to our package on PI, but I cannot apply the proposed solution:
It seems like the "use access"-tab does no longer exist on PI 7.1 - there is only "Attributes", "Dependency Control List", "Client Interfaces", "Interfaces", "Subpackages" and "Enhancements".
So where to add the SAI_TOOLS Package?
