Hi,
We have a problem with the document templates in Change Request Management. Here is a short description of the status and my questions.
You are in Charm and have created a new Change Request document. Go in to the Transaction Data and choose tab "Documents". Here you are supposed to add and import documents. Import documents from C-drive works ok. But I can not create a new document. But most important is that the function "Create with Document Template" is blank. Why is it blank and how can I add templates???

Hi,
Here are the steps to define a Document Template:
IMG -> Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Content Management -> Define Document Templates
Select Document template for new BO (F8)
Double click Object Type BUS2000116
Go to change mode
Create a Customizing Request
Create your new Document Template from scratch or by using an existing Document Template. It is also possible to import a predefined document.
IMG -> Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Content Management -> Assign Transaction Types to Templates for Folder and Doc. Template Profiles
Search for your Z* Transaction Types
Under the column Template, select Template PRODUCT_SERVICE
