on R/3: Where do I get/find the entries for
A1) Gateway-Host
A2) Gateway-name in SM59?

on XI/Sender RFC Communication Channel:
Where do find get the values for
RFC-Server Parameter:
B1) Application Server (Gateway)
B2) Application Server Service (Gateway)
RFC Metadata Repository Parameter:
B3) Application Server
B4) System Number

Normally gateway service will be sapgw<sysno>..
and gateway host will be the sap r/3 system itself...

RFC server parameters should be the R/3 system details from where the data needs to be fetched/listen to...
here need to provide the R/3 details where RFC is going to be executed...
if there is a other server where you maintain metadata of the same then need to provide those details...

Open transaction SMGW and choose
Goto -> Parameters -> Display. Beneath Attributes there will be the
entries 'gateway hostname' and 'gateway service'.#

B3) Application Server
B4) System Number
The application server and system number of the R/3 system where the metadata for the RFC resides.
Most of the cases its the same R/3 sender system.
