Hi,

While creating delivery for value contract system showing error that No delivery-relevant items in order 0010000117, order type ZFOR.

Please give me the solution how to solve.

Hi

It may be value contract or Quantity contract, Contract always requires a Release order.

Contract does not have any schedule line of its own. So if you will try to create Delivery with reference to the Contract, then you will find error.

Create a Release order with reference to the Value contract and then create Delivery with reference to this Release order.

Release order is just Standard order (OR) in standard settings.

If you are using a new order type, then ensure that a Copy control relation exists for your Order type to your Delivery type (VTLA).

"Delivery relevance" field in the Item category is used only for those items which do not have schedule line, for example "Text Item".

So, you need have to activate this field. Rather check that "Schedule line permitted" check box is marked for your Item category.

Hi,

You cannot directly create the delivery from the contract.You have to create the sales order w.r.t. that contract.

Goto the T.Code "VOV7".

Select your item category.

Details.

Tick the check box "Item rel. for delivery".

Save.

Also maintain the copycontrol between this order and delivery by using the T.Code "VTLA".
