<b>"When something's good it's never wrong."</b>

I'll give 100 of my personal points (and I only have 120!) to the first person to post:

a) The origin of that line; and,

b) The honor bestowed on said origin by football fans worldwide.

For our American audience: Football = Soccer

Cheers,

Jennifer

Hi,

I believe that you are quoting the New Order song "World in Motion" which was the offical song of the England football team.

It was voted "best football songs ever" repeatedly.

Am I right?

Cheers,

Mike.

Mike, you are correct.

It's from New Order's "World in Motion," and was voted Best Football Song Ever.

I'll see that you are awarded the points.

Cheers,

Jennifer

Hi Mike and Marc,

It is not easy to move points around on SDN. We are not set up for that. What I did is give you both additional 20 points for getting this answer.

Hope you are O.K. with this, Mark.

P.S. All other SDNers please don't offer your points to someone else. Thanks.

Can I have a few of the 100 points on offer for saying that New Order used the line in 'World in Motion' - the anthem for the 1988 World Cup?
