Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; IDoc ready for dispatch

Dear Experts,

Our BW gusys are facing below problem

Message in BW: "Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; IDoc ready for dispatch (ALE service)"

After manually Processing the Idocs at R3 systems using transaction BD87, the Idocs are processed and as a result the job will succesfully finish at BW.

Could you please suggest is any automatic process we need to do.
