Digital signature error

Hi Gurus,

I have created digital signature successfully and after signature approval, I am getting "Digital signature process has not been completed yet" info message. What could be the reason and solution.

Hello,

you might not have necessary authorization for approval & processing document, Execute su53 to check auth failure and assign relevant objects to your profile.

auth objects: C_SIGN_BGR and for processing the document

Workflow and Digital signature shall be combined for approval process or only digital signature can be used independently? What are the advantages and disadvantages of combo?
