Cost center in work center

Dear All

When i am entering the work center and activity type in project and when i am going for save that project i am getting the following error

Work center WC0001 in plant XXXX has no cost center

But i had entered the cost center in the work center when i am creating Please give the solution to solve this error

You need to maintain the Cost center in costing tab of work ceneter.Also amke sure that you have maintained Activity type and defined a rate in KP26 for combination of Cctr and Activity type.

Also Check you dates of your activity. If you have scheduled your activty it may put the start date of the activity in the past (depending on your set up) - if the activity start date is before the cost centre start date then you will get this message.
