Generating output documnets from GTS

Hi,

Ours is a global industry with major operations in Europe. We want to generate new output documents (transport documents) from GTS system. To admit frankly, we know how to do it in ECC but not in GTS.

Could some experts share their experiences in generating output documents rom GTS.

Hello KM,

in case you mean under output documents a forms, you can find all of them via transaction SFP and search for forms /SAPSLL/*

HI,

just a rough overview how to create own documents and print them out of e.g. customs declaration documents in GTS:

- create your Form by using transaction SFP

- go to IMG for SAP GTS -> Customs Management -> Customs Mgm-> General...->Communication Processes

-> Define Techn. Medium for Msgs (PPF Actions) f. Cust. Shipm. and Cust. Decl.

her you have to create a PPF Action definition for your specific print action (take an existing one as sample e.g. DE_CU_EX_EX_AN_P_EPAS). At Processing Type Level you have to add your own formular (you created with SFP)

Now you have to set "Define Conditions and Output Parameters for Comm. of Cust.Shipm. & Cust.Dcl" for your action definition.

After that, create a a message with "Define Messages for Communication Processes" and add your action definition (use an existing PXXX Message as sample).

Last, add your message to a acitivity sequence....and add it also to the defaulting scheme for messages.

Now, your message should be availbale in a customs declaration.
