I have set dynamical auditing. I would not like to restart server. How could I decrease nr of audit files created
Could you please be more specific, which audit files you are talking. If you are talking about the audit files which generates after enabling the audit log via SM19 then those files will not be deleted after restart of server also. These files can be only deleted via SM18 only after giving the time.

If you are talking about the parameters below, then none of them are dynamic. So not possible without a SAP restart.
rsau/max_diskspace/local
rsau/max_diskspace/per_day
rsau/max_diskspace/per_file
If you are thinking about changing any other parameter, then just check if "Dynamically Switchable" box is checked for that parameter from RZ11.
