FS for BAR Code Progrmme

Hi All SAP Gurus,

We are going to use Barcode programme for STO from Palnt to Plant.

The requirement is as follow

1. Bar code to come on delivery printout

2 At receiving plant stores person will scan for the barcode of delivery.

First system should pick the data from J_1IEXCDTL

1.Excise Invoice number

2.Excise Invoice Date

3.Supplying Plant

IT should read the bar code & run the following.

Part:A

TC:MIGO

1.Goods receipt

2.Flag all the items of the GR

3.In excise Tab, No excise entry (06) to be released

4.In general Tab, to enter the delivery number

5.Post Document

PART:B

Pass the material document in TC:J1IG

1.Selece excise group based on the receiving plant code

2.Pass GR doc based generated as in the previous step

3.Pass OBD no in J_IEXCHDR & pick the excise invoice no, excise inv date & Plant (Series Group)

4.To open the details & save the doc.

So Pls any one can provide Functional Specification for this. Even if you have same scenario pls let me know the programme also

Please let us know that BAR code is that part of Batch in Material code or it is a material code.

If the material in Batch Managed & at the time of delivery order you are assigning the batch in the delivery order.

And the duty will appear at SY plant against each & every batch.
