Sales Order PDF outputs to be sent to customer by mail

Dear All,

I have an issue on Sales order Out put in PDF to customer by mail .

I have done the configuration of out put type -Zx01 for PDF with following parameters - and have assigned to the out determination procedure and document type .

Dispatch time - 4 Send immediately

Transmission Medium -5 external send

Partner Function SP Sold-to party

Communication strategy CS01 Internet/Letter

maintained condition records - Zx01 with

Comm.strategy CS01 Internet/Letter

Output Device LOCL

Created new order , and the out put type is triggered in the order . Customer not recived any information in PDF . Checked SOST - SAP Connect : Transmission , it is active.

This is same for Invoice out puts ( PDF) also .

I am not able to identify the issue .Can anyone help me on this.

Dear Veera,

Convert to PDF its abap code(Ask your abaper)...and in CMR mail address fields you have to give it your abape...

They will write the COde.

Hi,

For this output,there is no data matching.

Goto the T.Code "NACE".

Select the application as "V1(Sales)".

Click on "Output types".Select your output type.Double click on "Processing routines".

Check the smartform written against your "5 External send".

Goto the T.Code "SMARTFORMS" and enter this smart form here.

Maintain the mapping with the sales order value.

Ask your ABAPer to do these changes.

After this you will get information in PDF.
