Payment Term in RFX

Hi there

I am working on SRM 7.0. We would like that the bidders get a default Payment Term when creating the bid. How can we add the field Payment Term in the RFX? So that filling it in the RFX then is defaulted in the creation of the bid..

In SRM7.0, you can add a new field by Webdynpro development. The following document may be useful for you.

Hi Kiran,

Thanks, we have the document and we were able to add customer specific fields to the RFX.

But as this is a standard field (Payment Terms), I guess we have to just activate it in customizing in some configuration under

--Cross-Application Basic Settings/

--Extensions and Field Control (Personalization)

We have to add Payment Terms in the RFX.

In the Bid and Purchase Order it is available. We need that the information on the RFX in this field is transferred to the Bid as a default value.

Do you know what activities have to be done in customizing?
