Billing plan in doc sales without amount

In sales document does not reflect the amount of the billing plan periodic (header), what will be the procedure to show amount?

Hello Carol,

Please check whether you have assigned the billing plan to your item category.

The assignments should be made for both the sales document type and item category.

Please check and confirm.

Hi,

As per your question,I came to know that you want the amount to be displayed in billing plan.

For this goto your billing plan.There is a field called as "%".Give some value here so that you can see the amount in the "Bill value" field.

In case of periodic billing, the following functions are carried out exclusively at item level:

-> Pricing

-> Determining status

-> Determining date-from and date-to

For this reason, no billing document value or status appear in the header billing plan.

I am not sure of your requirement for billing amount, hence I am not able to suggest workaround.
