Move-out and Move-in on the same day

Dear All,

Is it possible to move-out and move-in on the same installation on a single day. For ex: when a customer moves out on 1.10.2009, I am not able to move in another customer on the same date in the same installation i.e on 1.10.2009. I can understand that for the final billing the end period is considered till 1.10.2009 23:59 Hrs, so for the new customer move-in on the same installation is happening only on the next day.

Kindly let me know whether there is any provision in configuration for the same day move-in and move-out in the same installation.

Hi balaji,

You cannot Move In after you Moved Out on the same day.

You can Move In and Move Out on the same day. The contract will be valid from say 01.01.2009 (00:00:01) to 01.01.2009 (23.59.59).

After performing a Move out, you can Move in on the next day not on the same day.
