Extract Information

I need to extract following Information into a file from SAP BW. Please suggest me which is the easiest and quickest way to do.

I need to extract Infopackage Group Id, Infopackage Group Desc, Infopackage Id, Infopackage desc, Load Type(Delta/Full), Infosource, Load Frequency, Load thru PSA?, Source, Target.

It wil be helpful If you can suggest me connectiong to which metadata tables I can get the above informations.

Activate trace sql transaction st05, enter into a infopackage, click on every tab and deactivate trace. Take a look into trace list to know which tables have been accessed and program an ABAP report to dounload that tables to flat file.
