Any change in Sales Order will be immediately create ALERT and fire the

mail to designated person(s) depends on Company code, Region, Sales Order

series.

Hi,

This can be done through the SAP WORKFLOW module.just check with this module functionality.

My idea is tht we can do by User Exits if any changes done in the Order automatically there should be Delivery block for that order.And then the release should be done by the authorized person through VKM1 this Transaction should be given authorization to this particular person who has right to release.

Make use of Abaper

USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE

Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.

The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.

You can do it using SAP Work Flow functionality. Read more on that functionality. Then you can configure it very easily.
