Re-using Delta Link Tracer

Has anyone tried locating the actual iview, par file, or code for the delta link tracer.

I would like to be able to re-use it in the following scenario:

- I have an app that prints out a list of all iviews in the PCD Tree. I would like to have a button next to each iview name that 'Traces Delta Links'. When the user clicks on that button it passes in the id of the selected iview and automatically launches the delta link tracer.

How can I call the delta link tracer? Your help is greatly appreciated.
