DDIC ACTIVATION error solman EHP1 stack 20 upgrade

Hi,

We are currently updating our Solman system to EHP1 stack 20.

All prerequisites were met and the Queue was able to run until DDIC activation.

We encountered error,

This is tp version 372.04.57 (release 701, unicode enabled)

Installation Queue Log:

Table UMGSIUUC1 could not be activated

As I have read Note 1256384 - View/structure not active: Key field of type string it seems related to the activation of Table UMGSIUUC1. When I checked our SNOTE, there is an incomplete and inconsistent implementation of the said note. I tried to implement / de implement the note, it is not possible because the OCS is locked in SAINT. We cannot reset the Queue because we are in DDIC ACTIVATION phase.

Hope you can help ASAP.

I had the same problem in the same situation, you must manually perform Note: 1256384 in se38 active changes, aprobe transport and run again saint, after this upgrade run smooth.

Hello,

You should apply note 1256384 "View/structure not active: Key field of type string" before importing packs
