D/ Friends,
Our Sales process is like this: Contract (VA41)-> Sales Order (VA01)-> Delivery (VL01N)-> Bill Doc (VF01). Now say for example Contract was made for 5,000 Qty. Order was made for 6,000 Qty & PGI was done for 4,000 Qty. Billing was done for 4,000. Is there any 1 std. report which gives all the information about SP, SH, Target Qty & balance qty of Contract & Contract No., Order Qty & balance qty of Order & Order No., PGI Qty & Billing Qty?
Thank you.
The only standard reports that combine sales and billing data are the ones that are part of SIS, such as MCTA transaction. But they never provide the document numbers.
It might not be very efficient to create a report with so much information. Most likely it will perform quite poorly, especially if you try to get PGI data, which is stored in the material documents. You might want to re-think this requirement.
In any case, a query should be created in SQ01/SQ02, not in SQVI transaction. And make sure to use the index tables, such as VAKPA, to improve data access.

Hello,
I believe there is no standard report available for this sort of requirement. But you can still reproduce this scenario on SAP. Please use "SQVI" and involve all the table required to fetch the data and join them to meet your requirement.

HI,
there is no such standard report to show all data you require in one report.
You have only VA05N, VA45N, VL06O, VF05N only. But there you won't see those in one screen.
Better to get ABAP help for this.
Best regards,
Anupa

Hi
First of all check your sales process if u create sales order with reference of contract you cant sales morethan contract qty, Even if u correct you will not get standard report what ever u want.
I will give better solution either you have to develop programme with ABAPER or Crate New QUARIES by SQVI.

Hi Sidhant.
I dont find any one report showing all these required, but most of these you can get with the help of query.
You can check SAP1 t-code for all standard report in SAP.
Thanks,
Raja
