problem in form printing

Hi all,

i am getting smartform pages 3 and when i print the smartforms the pages are getting overlaped and only i am getting 1 page with data overlapping please suggest me what needs to be done.

Hi,

Are you getting 3 pages in the print preview ?

Then , if you are not getting 3 pages in the print, that might be with printer settings. Check if the counter is in increment mode o not.

hi Phania,

also check that you fill next page section for each page.

say for page1 u add page2 as next page and for page2 you add page3 as next page.

check this before printer settings.

to check this click on page1 go to general attributes and check what is next page there.

i am getting 3 pages dinamically from main window.so i am not having 3 pages.

dynamically getting 3 pages because of main window property.

Please suggest me what can be done?

Hi Phani

U need to Create 1 more page in ur smartform and assign the second as the next page to PAGE1 and Page 2 next page is page 2 itself .

IN Page2 copy the main window from page1 and title etc...and try

since u have not created additional pages in ur smartform all the dat will be printed in 1 page only overlapping
