R3 IDES SR3 Installation Error

Hi Team ,

Trying tio install ECC 6.0 IDES SR3

An error occurred while processing service SAP ERP 6.0 Support Release 3 > SAP Systems > MS SQL Server > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Connect to SAP gateway failed Connect_PM TYPE=A ASHOST=altides SYSNR=00 GWHOST=altides GWSERV=sapgw00 PCS=1 LOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode ERROR partner 'altides:sapgw00' not reached TIME Thu Nov 05 11:12:58 2009 RELEASE 700 COMPONENT NI (network interface) VERSION 38 RC -10 MODULE nixxi.cpp LINE 2823 DETAIL NiPConnect2 SYSTEM CALL connect ERRNO 10061 ERRNO TEXT WSAECONNREFUSED: Connection refused COUNTER 1).

unable to create SAPJSF user

Hi Madhu,

Review OSS note 316877. It should help you to solve this issue. still you have the issue, please post the dev_server0 and your instllation log.

yes i have started the SAP MMC and am able to access 000 as SAP *

As you said you are able to access SAP.

Now retry you SAP installtion , it should work now.

Hi madhu,

Also check whether SAP MCC console created and you are able to view sap instance in console.

If yes , then try to start SAP and check whether you are getting while starting of SAP.

Check your database is up and running.
