ERM role generation error - ORA-0001

We are on AC 5.3 SP8 and configuring ERM. Whenever I do a role generation (on a composite role), I get the following error:

ERROR com.virsa.re.role.actions.GenerateRoleMultipleSystemsAction java.lang.Throwable: Failed to update database info: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SAPSR3DB.SYS_C00272516) violated

Does anyone know how to fix this? It looks like it is generating the role in the backend ok.

Check SAP Note 1250568..it might be helpful...

Peggy,

This means that ERM is trying to add some value in the Oracle database which already exists. I will reccommned you to open a CSS message with SAP and let them look at this.
