system statuses CRTD/PREL

Hi Guys,

I just wanted to confirm that does WBS element have both CRTD/PREL status at superior level?

It should not be. Only PREL when lower level objects are in released status.

Let me know your view on this. Thanks in advance.

if a lower wbs is released then the superior wbs will have PREL

both PREL and CRTD on the superior wbs will not exist at the same time
