Hi,
I have a function module created in ECC server that I want to call in my VC Model
Can anyone tell me how do I call the Z function module in VC 7.1
Regards
JM
Hi John,
You can consume a z function module from your ECC server if it is a remote-enabled function (RFC).
You can check that in SE37:
Enter the function name, choose "Display" and look at the Attributes tab. "Remote-Enabled Function Module" should be selected.
In the VC model, choose the Search panel and choose your ECC system under "Search in". If you can't see your ECC system, follow [this|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/VC71/RFC%20Destination] guide to define it.
Enter your function name and from the results, drag & drop your function to the model. Now you can use it in your VC model.
Best Regards,
Tal.
