Revoking Execute privileges from public and grant to the users

Hi,

I have following security deviations in the below mentioned database:

 PUBLIC has EXECUTE privilege on SYS.UTL_FILE

 PUBLIC has EXECUTE privilege on SYS.UTL_HTTP

 PUBLIC has EXECUTE privilege on SYS.UTL_SMTP

 PUBLIC has EXECUTE privilege on SYS.UTL_TCP

My question is: Can I revoke execute privileges from public and grant to the users that requires it?

SAP user do not need access to them, therefore you can revoke execute privileges and do nothing else.

If you have4 other users created in the database, you may be in violation of the license if provided by SAP.

But you can assign it to them inividually (if really needed)

yes you can Revoke execute privileges,provided you have

DBA privileged account.before that just work out who are

the users who requires them ??....I guess you will be having

a biglist of users with more work..if you try to workout and

assigning according to users?
