Shop on Behalf Process

Hi,

If A is raising a shopping cart on behalf of B.

whether it is ordered or Held,A is not able to view it in the shopping cart status.That means A is unable to edit it again before,the Buyer approve it.

But B is able to edit and view the shopping cart all the time.

Is it a normal behaviour of shop on behalf process? Why?

Let's say A is helding the cart for certain missing datas and later he wants to enter them before ordering it finaly.How he can do it,if B is on leave for a long time?

Hello Rajendra,

In the 'Check status' transaction did you tick the 'Shop on Behalf of' tick in the extended search criteria?

Once this is ticked you should be able to see the SOBO SC.

Hello,

The standard behaviour would be the following:

User1 shops on behalf of User2.

User1 can consult the document via Check Status selecting the flag 'Bought on Behalf' and typing the shopping cart number.

Also, User2 could check the document via Check Status transaction normally.
