Send notification to UWL withou sendiing mail

Hi Experts,

Greetings!

I have two requirements

1. I need to send notification to UWL of User without sending email.

2. I donu2019t want to include this user in my BPM process i.e. I donu2019t want to send any task in the task tab of UWL for this user.

I have found many threads related to sending notification but all were related to sending notification with Email. Please suggest a solution or any document available.

And is it possible to achieve second requirement if yes please suggest how?
