I can create a PDF with a foregound program + FM GUI_DOWNLOAD but i can't in background.
Thanks
I hadn't seen your question in time, but your question was discussed in that [SDN article - Communication to Presentation Server in Background Mode|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/9831750a-0801-0010-1d9e-f8c64efb2bd2] with an interesting workaround.

I can suggest you an approach.... try if that help....
try to save your output as spool... read your spool job and convert it into PDF ( function Modules avaliable for this)
And save this PDF file on desktop...

Nikhil

Why would you do such a thing?
I cannot imagine why would you do that, but it should not be difficult.
1) You generate a form
2) You have checked getpdf option, you have a datastream now
3) You skip the "choose file dialog" and use some useful constant like C:/
4) You call GUI download without the dialog, just using constant and the form should appear on your harddrive.
