Install BI Add-in to Portal

Hi

I have my EP with release 7.0 EhP1.

Now I need to install BI Add-in.

Please suggest me any guide or steps to install the same

Hi,

I dont have much idea on this.. But i guess if its a .sef or .sdf type file then you can directly deploy it with SDM tool...

for Adding BI Addi in , you have to install BI-JAVA

You can install the same from JSPM

For NW2004s EhP1, there is no direct way to install BI-JAVA 7.01 add-in. Firstly via JSPM, you need to install BI-Java 7.0 add-in, by choosing "Additional Usage Type Installation". And secondly via "Single Support Package", install BI-JAVA 7.01 add-in.

We have a same issue here. Can you tell us how to get to BI Java Add-in from Service market place.

Your basis team must be able to install this but downloading the package from service.sap.com via the company S user.

They will need to update both abap and java stack for this.
