Plant not getting determined manually

Hi Gurus,

I have a peculiar problem. I have 3 Co Codes, 3 Sales Area and 3 Plants. Now I am trying to create an order in X Sales Area and changing the plant manually to Y. But it throws an error that Plant Y not maintained for Sales Area X. I have made all require assignment of Sales area to plant. Pls suggest.

Hi,

Please check the PLANT assignments to the SALES ORGANISATION + DISTRIBTION CHANNEL in the transaction code OVX6

There assign all the three plants to the Sales organisation and Distribtion channel combinations.

Please check these settings and revert back if u need further details.

Go to the menu: IMG u2013 Enterprise Structure u2013 Assignment u2013 Logistic-General u2013 Assign plant to company code. There ensure the plant is assigned to the company code in which you were trying to create the sale order

Make sure all of the 3 plants are assigned to the all of the 3 sales areas if you want to use all the plants in the sales documents of any of your 3 sles areas
