I want to add digital signature in smart forms . Please me step by step to develop digital signature in smart form .

Hi,

You need to scan the signature and upload it through SE78 transaction. Then you can use this signature in your forms.

actualy we don't want a fixed signature ( not one person ) there are 5 to 10 signatory who is having authority to sign the PO .

please let me know accordingly .

Hello chandra shekhar,

You have to scan all the signatures and upload them into SAO through tcode SE78.

Then you have to use the GRAPHIC node in the smartforms, with the conditions tab, say may be (depending on the user, the manager name has to be determined and his signature is anyway selected in the graphic node)
