The transaction PPOSE will get the Format name from field KNZNM(Name Format Indicator for Employee in a List) of 0002 infotype, While Saving personnel data in 0002 infotype u have to give the value for KNZNM field as How u want to display the name for employee....
Formatted Name of Employee or Applicant
In accordance with the name formatting indicator entered in the Special format field, the current (that is, most recent) name of the employee/applicant is output.
If the Special format field does not contain any entries, the standard name format (indicator '00') is used for the employee/applicant
