Unrestricted to quality

Hi Frnds,

I have received some material from the vendor , now its lying in quality stock , i have gone to qa33 and passed the quality also , now its in unrestricted stock , now we have to reverse it again i want to move the same lot again to quality , so that i reject it and sent it to the vendor , wat r the steps to be followed for that ?

Hi rakesh,

To do this. First maintain inspection type 08 in the QM views. than in the mb1b do the stock transfer using movement type 322. after this you will get the inspection lot and process it.

another way is reverse the usage decision, refer the sap note 178524.

If you generate 08 inspection type lot then Return Delivery is not possible as reference document not remain same.

Only solution is that From Unrestricted do 122 mvt.

That is in MBRL -->stcok type "Unrestricted"

This will work provided that vendor payment has not haapen

If vendor payment has happen then you what you can do wait till next lot received & reject the new aerrived lot and send old rejected material .

Hi,

Use SAP note to reverse UD so that stock coms back to quality the reject and send back 2 vendor using 122 movt type
