Settlement defaults based on project profile

Hi Experts

I have 3 different types of projects:

1. Sales project

2. Capital project

3. Revenue expense

In accorance to above, i have 3 different project profiles

I wish to default the settlement aspects.

I have settlement strategy 10 & 11 for customer and cost projects respectively.

I wish to have a default for 3rd project type (expense).

Suggest the setting for defaulting cost center settlement.

After defining the settlement profile in SPRO --> Project Systems --> Costs -->Automatic & Periodic Allocations --> Settlement --> Create Settllement profile,

define the strategy in the following customisation,SPRO --> Project Systems --> Costs -->Automatic & Periodic Allocations --> Settlement > Settlement rule for Work break down structure element>Determine strategy for settlement rule.

Here you define strategy like if the WBS element is Billing element or acct assignment element or No acct assignment what profile & which RA key has to be defaulted,What should be the account assignment category(like 3 for responsible cost center)

after making this customising assign this strategy to the project profile either in OPSA (Controlling tab page) or in the menu path SPRO --> Project Systems --> Costs -->Automatic & Periodic Allocations --> Settlement > Settlement rule for Work break down structure element>Assign Strategy to Project Profile.
