Hi Vamsi,
Check RFC connection in both system.
While cheking the RFC connection , just dont do connection test.
Test All the RFC of both source and traget system as below.
1. Goto SM59
2. Open RFC
3. click on UTILITIES menu -- > TEST --> Authorization Test
4. Check are you getting any error in authorization test ,
you should not get error like name or password incorrect .........................
Do above test for source and target system
Thanks,
Anil

Hi nanda,
Some time there is inconsistanc in RFC .
You can recover the RFC by doing the following option ...
1. goto STMS tcode
2. click on OVERVIEW menu --> SYSTEMS
3. select any SYSTEM from the list of systems
4. click on EXTRA MENU ---> GENERATE RFC DESTINATION
5. again click on EXTRA MENU ---> RESET USER TMSADM
do the above steps for all the systems present in the landscape ( all the system present in STMS -- > OVERVIEW --> SYSTEMS )
After doing the above acitvity , check are you able to import the request.
Thanks,
Anil
