JDK 1.4.2 64 bit on windows

Hi Gurus,

I am installing Solution manager 7.0 Ehp1.

Getting error that JDK installation directory c:\j2sdk 1.4.2_16 does not support to 64 bit data model.

I have searching from long time on google & sum.com but not finding 64 bit java on windows.

I tried to install java 1.4.2 for windows IA 64 bit, but that is also not possible as my processor is AMD64

where should i found the the j2sdk 1.4.2 64 bit windows installation.

Hello!

I am having the same problem and it seems that the windows AMD64 versions are no longer available behind the above link. It redirects to the normal oracle download page where they cannot be found.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Switch to SAP JVM, see Note 1495160 - SAP JVM as replacement for Partner JDKs 1.4.2 for more information.
