SEM-BCS_ Total Records v/s Additional Financial Data

Hello,

If location of values is Additional Financial Data for Investmetns and Equity, then do we need to exclude investment and Equity data while uploading thru Trial Balance.

Hi,

In any case, the trial balance should not exclude the investment and equity data.

If you select the Additional Financial Data as the location of value, meanings that you will have 2 set of data. One in trial balance, and the other in AFD.

In this scenario, standar SAP checking will check the consistency of those value when you run C/I task.
