Off line SAP Library availability

Hi all,

i generally follow SAP Library which is available online to explore the netweaver platform.

Can any one tell me if SAP offers this library offline also ?

I mean is this library/help-content available in the CDs/DVDs supplied by SAP so that i can use it when internet is unavailable
